I've been in software for 20+ years — started writing Java at Nationwide and worked my way up through logistics, fintech, and now entertainment tech at Disney Cruise Line.
I thrive on solving complex problems at scale and I genuinely care about the people I work with. My approach is simple: be real with people, invest in their growth, and connect them to the right opportunities.
Outside of work I'm a dad, golf fan, and amateur photographer. I live in Windermere, FL with my family.
